We guarantee that all of our products leave our studio in perfect condition and we package them with care but sometimes things break.
Upon opening your order please be sure to check that there are no cracks that have occurred in transit. We will replace all items that have been broken in transit. Here's what you need to do:
Retain all original packaging as proof of your order being broken in transit
Take a picture of your order with its original post packaging showing the damage
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package
It is up to you to look after your Hannelii purchases once it is in your care.
We cannot be responsible for damage to your order once it has been taken out into the world so make sure you check your cup as soon as you open your package.
We cannot be exchanged or refund for change of mind.
