- To make Oat Milk simply add 1 cup rolled oats + 4 cups water to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds. Then strain through a Nut Milk Bag, clean t-shirt or towel for best results.

Soaking Your Oats
There is no need to soak your oats, in fact soaking may make the oats slimy. Simply add oats to the blender with water and blend!
To remove any excess starch which can also lend to a slimy texture.
Types Of Straining
