It's a new decade, time to drink more water.

Drinking water is one of those things we all know we need to do more of, and it sounds simple enough, but life often gets in the way. Here are 5 simple hacks to help keep you healthy and hydrated all day long!

1. Start Your Day With At Least One Glass Of Water

Make drinking water one of the first things you do when you wake up, and it will become habit in no time. Try starting your day with a Drinking Vessel full of water, add a little Lemon Juice to help kickstart your liver.

2. Make It Taste Lovely!

Add delicious, healthy ingredients like Cucumber, Strawberries or Ginger to ensure that you keep drinking throughout the day, plus you'll squeeze in a few extra benefits too, depending on what you infuse. Here are a few Infused Water Recipes to get you started. Or, if you're feeling fancy, discover the benefits of drinking Rosewater!

5. Stay Active

Try and move at least once an hour. Make a habit of getting up from your desk once each hour throughout the workday. During your lunch break, go for a walk, and when you do take your water bottle with you. It may sound simple, but the act of standing up may remind you to grab your water bottle. Don't forget to increase your physical activity and always ensure you bring your water bottle with you.

Here's to a happy, healthy and hydrated year ahead!
